Should legal Escort Services hire 16 age girls if their parents say it is ok?

Escort services is legal. That means under the law you can hire 16 and up individuals if their parent or guardian o.ks it. All they will be doing is going on legit dates or dance entertaining. Remember this is not about sex. Were talking about legal employment here!

1. You know darn well that some side deals go on with escort services. And a client can easily overcome a teenager. So no, I don't think it's appropriate. And btw, parents don't need to okay it, in NY 14-17 year olds just need working papers. Parents only need to approve it if the employer requires it, or if the parents will throw the children out otherwise.

8. ANY legitimate business has the obligation to determine their own rules, based on protecting themselves. I don't comprehend any parent being ok with this, but the reality is that it would be so easy for a teenager to forge a letter that "oh, yeah, I am the parent and I don't have a problem with this". Never mind that some girls are likely to provide false id, showing them to be 18 when they are not. I am sure that this isn't the only business that would not hire someone under legal age. Often the reasons have to do with liability insurance. Your logic is not solid. The fact that a business is legal does not equate to any obligation to hire anyone, contrary to their own standards. Legal means that they are not operating against the law. Apples and oranges.
9. I don't see a legal reason why this can't be legal. maybe we could argue that they are going out on dates with adults and could be taken advantage of. but what service would hire them? they can't take jobs where they have to go to clubs, bar, certain resturants, ect
10. No. Girls who are 16 should be going out with young men their own age. Not "fatherly" types that pay for it. Children with work permits usually have structured hours they are allowed to be at work and surely the "escort service" would not consider home by 10 p.m. working hours. Furthermore - what escort service is this that doesn't provide the side perks for a little extra cash. It is just a round about way of prostituting yet another young girl. A man who pays for the company of a young girl is not paying for her intellectual conversation.
