I have had nothing but trouble with Pre Paid Legal!
Legal services centers have all kinds of limits and regulations on who they can help, when, and for what reason. Some are limits placed as conditions by their source of funding, and some are limits placed on all attorneys as part of an attorney's ethical obligations. Just because an attorney has provided pro bono services to you in the past doesn't mean he has to accept your new matter.
get legal advice, it isn't free but it is cheap, in my state $17 a month. All kinds of benefits including unlimited legal consultation on as many different issues as you have. Call and talk to a real lawyer as long as you need to until your question is answered. I love this service.
