legal advice?

which is the best subject to get legal advice on a will from my nanna has recently passed away! her will was written in 1976 when my mum was 16 she placed one of her friends executor of that will but as far as i know he passed on aswell is nanna's will still legal and is whats left legally mums! PLZ help!
