How can I find out about legitimate prepaid legal services in my State of Arkansas?

Arkansas provides little or no rights to renters. This is because most of the legislators and representatives are landlords. Most renters are lower income and don't have disposible income to hire attorneys. The landlords have more than enough. How can I get affordable help? And, know it is legit? Please help me? The Attorney General's office was very helpful. Do I get my own ten points?
