How does one register a legal services firm in the UK?

A practising solicitor from Calcutta, India would like to offer his services to look after the interests of UK firms in India.

  1. this is not the place to ask, as you surely know. You may be a solicitor yourself, but get yourself a British solicitor to sort out your licence to practice in the UK, if you're not capable of doing so yourself (which perhaps doesn't say much about your abilities.......
  2. If a company is registered in the UK, the company ( according the double taxation agreement) will pay tax in the UK.
