How do defense lawyers sleep at night knowing they helped a pedophile walk free? I wonder if they care about their own children?

3. Lawyers are paid to defend anyone that comes before the court it is their job and they have taken an oath to do so that doesn't mean they think the person is innocent they do not make that judgment they leave that to the court
4. Defense lawyers are ethically mandated to put forth a vigorous defense of their clients, all of whom are presumed innocent until being convicted. A doctor could not ethically allow a patient to die because the patient is suspected or even known to have done horrible things. Defense lawyers also have ethics codes, and that means they must use any lawful means in a client's defense. Without that, there'd be no such thing as a fair trial.
5. As long as they have the green in the bank. Why should they care. No one gives a dam any more. Haven't you learned that by now ? Never rely on any one other than yourself. It's a dog eat dog world. It's far different than it use to be. It's Sad.
6. The same way the pedophile does. In fact, the pedophile goes out of his way to FIND someone worthless and moronic enough that he plays "loop holes in the law" for him. When I was a child, someone kidnapped me by threatening my girlfriend... literally... I called the police and the "kidnapper" managed to call and find a defense attorney that was rude enough trash that he came to the house and tried to argue with me that I had to let the guy get away with it, because he'd find some way to let him out of it himself! The police gave him a warning, and finally had to arrest him, too. The moral is... some of these defense attorneys don't think twice about the law; they don't mind stepping on the victim for their own selfish ends.
7. First, as someone has already mentioned, in an adversarial system such as the US courts have, all charged with a crime have an expectation of zealous representation. I know many defense attorneys who are able to separate the conduct of a client from their role in ensuring the state meets its burden of evidentiary proof. In other words, they see themselves as ensuring the state plays by the rules and has a solid enough case to warrant a conviction in the face of a competent defense. Of course, I also know many defense attorneys whose personal ethics and morals won't allow them to accept certain types of clients such as accused child molesters. Many of those also tend to have client interview forms (or ask during an initial conference) which ask whether the client actually committed the offense charged. If the client admits guilt, they'll advise him or her that they won't plead them 'not guilty' unless the client has a mitigating factor or an applicable justification defense. Instead, they'll advise the client that they'll do their best to work out the best plea they can/work to have charges dismissed or reduced. And then, yes, there are those stereotypical defense attorneys depicted in media who don't care at all what their client may have done as long as they don't have knowledge of it (an attorney can be disbarred for suborning perjury if they allow testimony that they know to be false). For them, it's all about client billings and the comforts attendant with money, regardless of the source.
8. The reality is this, this is a really tricky topic to mess with. You have homosexuals walking in broad daylight, and nobody is arresting them. Also you can't just arrest people for going on dates, at all. If you want to blame anybody, blame the internet. People have there peoples. People who bring the problem from there mother countries, to our country. Some people live the same way like in the old country. These are called ghetto's and could be indentified by the mono culture that is there. A ghetto could look like the most cleanest play ever also. The reality is this. The only reason you will "rarely" see a three year old and a thirty year old making out in public is, you in no way could ever walk up to a three year old, and ask her out for a date. Even if so, it would be threw the parent. In most cases this would never ever, ever occur at all. So most of the crimes you hear about is just older men having sexual relations with young women, which is perfectly normal. The case is mostly a wayward daughter ( which is like every single modernized woman ), who has been told to lie, or say it was rape. When in truth the person had sex with her, and she was forced to say it. Then there is the problem with homosexuals, who is turning young boys into homosexuals, Like sick preachers, in the catolic church. This is the core problem. Then there is the kiddnapping issues. It is a really tricky topic, and you can't arrest a guy for being straight. You can arrest them for kidnapping your kid, and attacking your kid for sex, using candy for sex, Not for people who date each other. Then there is the crazys ( the real criminals ), like the legend of how these two immigrants illegals could have killed a girl but luckly she has a shotgun on her. Broke into the house to do god knows what. Then with domestic crimes, comes PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HAVE SEX. Women of all ages go into the hospitial, since some guy does not know how to have sex. I am not talking about a condom or some fictional nonsense. I am talking about people who thinks a pin hole is the same as a pie hole. There was even a show about an old man who got married to a little girl. Nobody cared about it, since it was a sitcom. However the scare, of pedo's is basically men trying to get dates of the internet. I will admit I hate internet dating and one my cousin's actually met some guy. She is 14 and wented outside at 1AM middle of the morning, just to see the 20 plus guy. Personally, in my book, it would have been okay but the reality is it is up to the parents. Seriously I never wented out during 1 AM in the moring myself when I was 14. The parents tried to file for rape, or pedo but could do nothing since the girl does not to. This is why you have the homosexual John Edwards trying to arrest every idiot on the internet. Myspace/facebook/ and all of these chat places have become a little playpen for parents tryting to avoid there children dating outside there WANTS. However it has become a breeding ground for intense criminal actrivities. Then there is human rights, children rights, and we can't in no way violate those. Also a young adults even order escort services, and playboy models to come to there dances. People have rights, like the rights of privacy. Again it is really, really, tricky subject. I believe homosexuals are the cause behind the whole problem, along with kidnapping. You can't arrest people for going on dates. Some of my freinds are born of parents who was in there teens. One of there mother was 16 and died at 55 dew to cancer. She was a really great mother, graduated top in her class. My mom was 17 when I was inside of her, and she is the only person in her family who did it all on her own. My grandpa her father would have probably talked her into getting an abortion. this crap has been going on FOREVER in the Catolic Church. Who knows how long this has been on going, in such institutions of higher education.
