bonding for lawyers, whom were invovled w/ estate scam w/ deased executor as he tried to tell before his death

I have been told by an appleals lawyer, whom is well known and in top in his field. That in all lawyers, must be bonded! to practice in any state of the US. does anyone know the amount of bond, for lawyers in alabama?Since I have exhausted all lower courts remidies and I am now in the 5th circuit supreme. Why does it seem as if, even they, are stalling for time giving extension after extension, of time to the lower courts to produce files on a 7 year old probate case that has had, to date 4 circuit court lawyers and one federal circuit, lawyer recluse themselfs. And suits are being brought agianst 5 lawyers 3 of which are judges for questionable conduct and conspiracy with the executor who is now deased also involving the lawyers and judges, some were his friends for many yrs. Also,. showing proof of a frudulent bankrupsy, frudulently forced sale of home which excluded other heirs to the estate plus insurance, NO RECORDS. Executors acct. never opened. motions 3 ignored by defence. yes I have a very good lawyer, and he said, there is not a problem,, he teaches lawyers and judges, the law, he is very well known about any and all subjects contected to any and all constitutions, I have already been offered a big settlement, only if I kept quiet, I have not due to my lawyers advise, he is from uk and also the us, appointed him to uncover all fraud that sometimes lawyers and judges are known to do, its funny, when I got one of the answers from this group I called him asap! and told him what was said to my Q! he told me not to listen, sounded like advise from a local or just a what a be, when he teaches the first thing he tells his students while he is holding up a piece of paper, he asked, how many of you believe that we have honest lawyers that y can trust all please raise your hands, most all did. He than takes the paper and tares it in bits and pieces & thows it up in air lets it fall and says" thats how much you can trust a good lawyer as theres only 10% of good so I am still going on , as I am just standing by the one who mean the most to me, and this person is the strongest other half that I have ever come across, as she was livid, when I was even on this site, so sorry to have bottered you but I have to listen to my lawyer and to my other half, as this has been a great pleasure for my other half to see her win so many of all the fake motions after motions due to his help while he was in Washington, helping kennedy, and during the fires in calif, as well as helping Baily on a case. But, he enjoys a good battle, and you will soon see, if you have a TV. the truth of the matter for me coming here is to see just how many of you truly do know your law. there is only one that I saw. but the others I am sorry to say failed the test,so I am opting out thanks for our lawyer, in his own words some of you may have to go back to school, and not to listen to this as most are being paid to just get paid. best answer still goes to the first1 from calif 10%

1. sounds like you have quite a problem. what is your involvement in this, are you a relative, next of kin or a beneficiary or all the above? lawyers have malpractice insurance like doctors, but proving any wrong doing, especially with the executor deceased and the judges and other lawyers in bed with each other, your chances are real slim. have you retained a lawyer and what does he say? go with his advise. good luck.
