- There really is no way to tell. It depends on who is handling the case. But, look at it this way, they release baby rapers and murders all the time so I'd say his chances are better than average.
- I think that your biggest worry isn't when he's going to get out, because he'll probably take his frustration out on you from earlier, it's what's up with your marriage. I understand, until death do us part, but he seems like he needs to correct himself before he can enter someone else's life. And that's anyones aside from, if he has, children. He'll probably get out early because they let everyone else out early.
- as of right now he will do a violation to a new commitment, which means violations carry 16mo,2,3years.out of 16 months you do 8mo+20 days. that's why they said his release date is 11-24-06. Now next after the violation date they will either run it concurrent or bowl legged which his violation time will count for the new crime or bowl means they will sentence him after his violation date in which his conditional release will be 11/24/07. his maximum date is when his parole runs out and he will be off parole . In which they can't keep him no longer. That's the longest sentence they could give him for all his charges. Its all up to morisey that's the parole board hearing. Good luck ,...I hope everything go's OK. It will....
