There would not be any specific field and lawyers personality is unique to them, but the cases that require a convincing, charismatic personality would be in criminal law where the jury is often convinced by emotion instead of facts as it should be, civil cases are sometimes adjudicated on emotion (OJ Simpson) but it is a lot more rare than in criminal cases.
