1. Not the clearest question I've seen. . . Drug possession: Don't do that. Drug Misuse: Don't do that either.
2. Yes, my advice for drug possession: It's bad. A felony for pretty much anything except a small bag of weed. Drug misuse: Drug MISuse. As opposed to what, the proper use for illegal narcotics??
3. if you possess drugs that would be classified as misuse because the substance is illegal.
