Legal Advice have a DWI felon skipped state got caught now has 2 felons what do i do to not to go to prison?

My best friend got his 2nd DWI within a few years of his first so this one becomes a Felony. He decided to skip state. Eventually he came back to down and got caught. Now because he skipped town when he was out on bail they consider that a 2nd felon. So hes sitting in jail right now wondering how he can get out of going to prison. does anyoene have any legal advice????

1. Don't bend over for the soap. He'll be going away for at least five years.
2. Tell him to " dry up " . One of these days he is going to kill somebody .
3. your idiot friend will go down. what a fool; the skipping on bail is more serious than a DWI. he will do 6 months in county, maybe a year.
4. Tell him to listen to his lawyer. Follow the rules. He's not getting out of anything.
5. Hire a real good attorney and start praying!
