Can someone recommend a registered agency in Ontario that provides legal services for land lords?

I have been told never to go to a hearing before the Ontario Land lord and Tenant Act Board without a legal mediator. The word is that they will slaughter the Land lord and support the tenant %100. I am looking for a "registered" Land lord service facility to assist me at the hearing, evict the tenant, and collect the rent that is in arrears.
