I ve been offered a job to do Pre Paid Legal Services? And I have a couple of questions....?

What exactly would I be doing? What are "Pre Paid Legal Services" Have you ever worked for "Pre Paid Legal Services" or know anybody that does? and probably the most important question can i actually make a profit or is this just a scam???

1. If you have been offered a job that you didn't apply for and don't know what it is, that certainly sounds like some sort of scam. I hope you didn't share any personal information with them. Good luck.
2. It's not a "scam" per se, it's actually a useful service... the downside is that their selling model encourages you to get as many people recruited into selling it as possible, because you'll get commissions on their sales (and the person who recruits you gets commissions on yours etc). It's a good job to take if you're comfortable with recruiting everyone you meet... but a bad one if you don't feel comfortable living on straight commission.
3. Fresh do some research about these services. It is a scam and all over the internet the amount of trouble they have been in since they first began. You are basically a sales person and get a commission if you can convince some idiot to actually sign up for this program. I personally know the service is worth the paper it is written on. I remember my father signed up for this sometime ago and it took me months to finally get him out of this contract w/ the threat of serious legal action. Find some other type of work. Stay away from this.
