best route to receive legal advice for small business?

Hi, im looking to begin my journy in opening a small business that is ecommerce based. I will be loking for legal advice from lawyers regarding ecommerce laws,contract write ups, contest rules,ect. I would like to here what are the best options in getting legal advice both finaincially and safe. Is legal insurance a good route or should i be looking at more options?
