Are there any free legal services that can help with a garnishment that isnt mine?

I am getting a garnishment on my check for a loan that isnt mine. What can I do?

1. Without all the facts...I can only assume you co-signed for the loan. And the creditors went after the one that actually had some money, or could find. Nothing you can do in that case, except get the other person in court. JUDGES do not allow garnishments of peoples checks, unless their name is on the papers.
