Why wont legal services/courts help me find out where Adriana P Marmie is?
I have been working since 1995, owned cars/trucks, leased my own places to live without "goverment" assistance. The bitter hate filled people that made those heartless comments to me dont know what I am actually going thru because they are not me. I only want to know where my child its.

- No-one can answer that question without knowing the background. Why did you become seperated from your child? Were your parental rights terminated? Is she still a child, or an adult? Was she adopted? These are all questions that need to be answered before anyone can answer yours. Richard
- I have read your other questions. If your parental rights were terminated, no one has the legal obligation to tell you where your (now grown) child is. In fact, they have the legal obligation to protect the privacy of this information and not release it to anyone who does not have the legal right to receive it. Further, legal services and courts have no role in helping a person locate an adult child. There is simply no legal action for that. Finally, your child is not "missing", if she was placed with her grandfather when she was a minor as a result of a court proceeding and then grew to maturity. If you want to find her, you need a private investigator. If you cannot afford one, and cannot do an investigator's work on your own, you are probably out of luck. EDIT - Thank you for your private email to me in which you respond to my answer by asking if I am using drugs with Bill, state your opinion that my answer was biased and emotionally immature, and call me a psychotic, dangerous pedophile. You have helped me to decide to end my one-week long experiment with allowing YA users to contact me privately. Your comments were highly educational.
- Her rights have to be protected above your parental rights. If you have any. You can do a little bit of investigative work online by searching for "people finder" or "people search" here is one source I found: http://www.intelius.com/search-summary-out.php?ReportType=1&searchform=name There are countless reasons why they won't tell you. Usually it is because you have lost those privileges to her in some way. I hope you find her, but please, don't overwhelm yourself with hunting her down. If she wants to find you she will. You can't make her see you. You can only try to contact her. You don't want to hurt yourself by not finding her or by following the wrong person. You also dont want to get yourself in jail if someone perceives you are stalking them (even if it is your daughter). Good Luck!
