Hi I have my own start up biz and want to know how to create a contract with an investor. He is giving $2000 and im giving a 35% interest on that $2000 every year for 5 years. How do I go about typing up the right type of contract to clarify in legal and business terms? Another thing is how do I let him go after the 5 years?
