Legal advice?
To all those that replied, thank you and maybe you didn't read properly. He had the legal limit to drink before he drove. I wonder how many of you have done things behind closed doors - always quick to throw stones. If I had've known that this was a public page - stupid of me not to have read the conditions properly I would never have submitted the question. Thank you to the person who suggested a blood test should've been taken - one wasn't even offered. Thanks again to all the perfect people out there who have never put a foot out of place. You all make the world a better place

- some times we just don't like the answers if we were looking for ones being on our side..... but that's how it goes if you want a persons honest opinion !
- To take yours thanks it is necessary for me to reply and hence. all had the legal limit to drink before he drove. the limit=1+1+1x0=_______ is the limit where no one can be challaned by any of the police either in India or in world. I offers you this limit. so if you wants to drink, you are most welcome.
- I have just now replied to your other question - and I wasn't having a go and like many others I am far from perfect - however as I stated on your other question - 1 drink is often to much especially if combined with medication or a medical condition - and also as I stated - there are some police officers who have been trained for roadside sobriety tests - walking a straight line, touching tip of finger to tip of nose etc. in your partners case they could have called in the paramedics to help calm him down so that the test could be administered either roadside, the station or a & e for the rest of my answer you can read the answer to your other question - and although I wish you luck in helping the courts and others understand about HPV - I wish you and your partner to learn the lesson that is being taught - simply dont drink and drive - Also perhaps - if he was on medication and was not drinking (but you said he was) then perhaps that can be brought up - some medications can give a false reading
- The procedure for testing at the police station is that the person concerned is asked whether or not he suffers from any complaint which might make it difficult to give a breath sample. Clearly they failed to do this. Had they taken this important step, then the next question would have been an invitation to give a sample of blood, which no doubt your partner would have been prepared to do. The whole process was contaminated through the failure of the police to carry out that first, vital step and the case should have been dismissed. Otherwise, he should appeal. I didn't see your previous question in time to answer it, as I am five hours behind you.
- Umm, you don't know that he had the legal amount to drive. If he had proven that then it wouldn't have gotten as far as it has.
