I was released to go to work in august with 1 percent disability paying me for 3 and a half weeks i have been constantly calling since then to go back to work first it was waiting for medical papers from adjuster then i had to get and fax them the fce in nov or dec now they are telling me i must pay for a doctor myself to get a paper stating i can return to work it has been 4 months and i want to go back to work how long after i was released by the insurance's doctor releases me must they put me back to work i am completely broke and all my bills are behind because of this someone HELP ME. no they have everything from the 2 doctors i was seeing while on workmans comp. i just want to return and they are giving me the run around and not paying me. I was getting 1700 every 2 weeks since sept nothing. i can not survive anymore with no income and i want my old job back. there are plenty of openings where i worked.

1. You can call the city hall where you report issues with your job, I can't remember the name, but every city has one, and they can tell you your rights. Also sometimes you have to be on the doctors head for this kind of thing. I suggest you go to the doctors office and have him give you the paper and give it to your job yourself.
